1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of thenaddrinks.com, operated by NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium, an international platform dedicated to the selection and distribution of non-alcoholic (0.0% ABV) and Halal-certified wines, sparkling wines, beers, and spirits. By placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
All products offered on the Platform comply with local and international regulations for alcohol-free and Halal-certified beverages, ensuring authenticity, transparency, and responsible enjoyment worldwide.

Services are available for both B2C and B2B customers across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, the Middle East, Asia and other serviced regions.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order.
  • 0.0% Product: a beverage containing ≤ 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).
  • Platform: the thenaddrinks.com website and related services.
  • Order: the purchase proposal submitted by the Customer.
  • Sales Contract: the agreement concluded upon NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium’s order confirmation.

3. Eligibility

Only individuals aged 18 or older may place orders. NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium products are entirely alcohol-free, this age requirement is maintained for consistency and responsible business practice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Orders placed through the Platform constitute binding purchase offers. The confirmation e-mail from NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium    represents acceptance and completion of the Sales Contract. NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or force majeure.

5. Use of Products Products purchased on the NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick website are intended solely for personal, domestic, or evaluation purposes.
Any commercial reuse, resale, distribution, or direct contact with producers, importers, or third parties involved in the original supply chain is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick.

Any breach of this prohibition shall constitute a material contractual violation and may result in account suspension, order cancellation, claims for damages, and formal notice to the relevant producer to safeguard NAD*Premium's commercial rights.

In the event of suspected misuse or purchase made as a private individual with the intent of resale or commercial exploitation, NAD*Premium reserves the right to take all appropriate measures to protect its economic and brand interests, including cooperation with the concerned producers.

6. Prices, Currency and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) or in the Customer’s local currency, inclusive of VAT/Taxes where applicable. For B2B orders and shipments outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the Customer’s responsibility.

7. Payments

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways. NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium does not store credit-card or payment credentials.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are handled by trusted international logistics partners such as UPS, DHL, BRT, GEOPOST, and FedEx. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days within the EU and 7–10 business days worldwide. Delays attributable to couriers do not constitute a contractual breach. Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

B2C Customers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt by notifying NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium via e-mail or contact form. Returns are not accepted for opened, damaged, or perishable items. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving compliant goods.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the preparation or shipping phase. If processing has begun, a partial refund may be granted after deducting packaging, handling, and booking costs already incurred.

11. Warranty and Liability

NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium warrants that delivered products comply with their descriptions and are intact upon arrival. The Company is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or post-delivery handling by the Customer.

12. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, trademarks, and layout — is the exclusive property of  NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

NAD*PREMIUM by Jean Hick Premium shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by force majeure (natural events, strikes, network failures, customs restrictions, pandemics, etc.).

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data are processed in full compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), UK GDPR, and equivalent data-protection laws worldwide. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by United Kingdom law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of London, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
