🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship our premium non-alcoholic wines, beers and spirits from the European Union to more than 40 countries worldwide.
All orders are handled with maximum care, using certified protective packaging and international courier partners (UPS, DHL, BRT, GEOPOST, FedEx and others).

Delivery Times
- Europe: usually 3–6 business days 
- UK & Switzerland: 4–7 business days 
- Rest of the world: 7–12 business days, depending on local customs procedures 
Each shipment is fully traceable and monitored until final delivery.

⚠️⏳Important Notice on Seasonal Delays

Please note that during periods of high global logistics congestion — such as Christmas, End-of-Year holidays, and other major seasonal peaks — transit times may experience significant delays, potentially extending or, in some cases, doubling compared to the usual estimates.
NAD*Premium ensures constant monitoring of all shipments, but external conditions related to carriers, customs, and international routing may impact delivery times beyond our control.

Customs & Import Procedures
International shipments are managed in full compliance with the regulations of the destination country.
When applicable, customs duties, import taxes or local VAT may be requested directly by local authorities or the courier upon delivery.
These procedures and possible costs vary depending on the destination country and product category, and are established exclusively by the respective customs authorities.
Our team carefully follows each shipment and provides assistance whenever needed.

Cancellation Policy (Orders in preparation or shipping phase)

If you request to cancel an order already being processed, a partial refund will be issued after deducting operational and logistic costs already incurred, such as:

- Administrative and packaging fees
- Shipping or booking costs (if already arranged)
- Preparation and handling costs

The partial refund will be processed within 10 business days from the confirmation of cancellation.
