While regulations require 37.5–40% ABV, we follow the same flavour foundations: caramel, vanilla, nutmeg and baked apple, supported by a unique distillate made from chili-seed shells, delivering that warm, satisfying “kick” reminiscent of a true spiced rum.
The alcohol is gently removed to preserve the spirit’s original character, which is then enriched with vanilla from Madagascar’s Sava region, Indonesian nutmeg and baked apple, resulting in a lush, complex and deeply comforting profile.
