The Cuvée Rosé is born from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Merlot, cultivated organically 🌿and sustainably, then dealcoholized through osmotic membrane filtration: an advanced technique that preserves the aromatic complexity of the original wine without compromise.
