This 100% pure natural drink, obtained directly from the best vineyards in Spain and made with Airén type grapes (an indigenous white grape vine cultivated exclusively in Spain in the Castilla-La Mancha region, south of Madrid, in an area of approximately 250.000 hectares and where many centuries-old saplings - low bush: gobelet - can still be found, which hold up very well in the poor, sandy, clay- limestone soils. It is one of the largest native vine-growing areas in the world. In many respects it is similar to the French Ugni Blanc and also to the Italian Trebbiano. The grape variety has an inimitable aroma, especially with the Macabeo grape.
